Most grants are lost before they start: the call is published, the clock runs and the company finds out late — or not at all. Our radar continuously monitors regional bulletins, the BOE, the BDNS and European programmes.

Applying to everything is the most expensive way of getting nothing. Before moving a single paper we analyse three things: whether you are eligible, how many points your project can score under the scale and what risks the later justification carries.

The result is an honest recommendation. If the fit is good, we continue with a clear plan and fees. If it is not, we tell you and you lose neither time nor money.

In competitive procedures, the application file does not compete against the administration: it competes against the other applicants. We write reports designed to score on every criterion of the scale, not just to meet requirements.

We handle the whole circuit: technical report, budget, administrative documentation, certificates and filing at the electronic office within the deadline. Your role is reduced to signing and providing what you already have.

An awarded grant is not a paid grant. Repayments and reductions almost always stem from a weak justification: invoices outside the period, ineligible items, official requests not answered in time.

We handle the justification with the same rigour as the application: supporting accounts, evidence, responses to official requests and, if needed, appeals. We defend the file down to the last step so that payment comes with the strongest guarantees.
